PROPOSED RULE MAKING ACTIVITY

A notice of adoption regarding the Anti-Arson Application was published in the September 27, 2000 NYS Register.  The purpose is to implement a two-tier anti-arson application that includes questions to be answered by applicants for new or renewal policies or binders covering the perils of fire or explosion.
